Can we do fat loss  by using fat burner or it just a market gamic for selling so called fat burner supplements. For fat loss one should be in caloric deficit and include workout in their life on a daily basis. Caloric Deficit means one should consuming calories less than maintenance calories on a daily basis. Maintenance calories means one should consuming calories on a daily basis for maintaining the current weight of the body. Two methods by which caloric Deficit can be created: 1. consuming calories less than maintenance calories 2. Through workout (Exercises). More you workout, more calories will burnt out means more calories expenditure and thus caloric deficit will create which ultimately results in fat loss. As supplements companies knows that supplements comes under nutrition so they do the advertisement of their products so that they can promote the selling of their supplements.
